Our annual Jingle in Geneva festivities kick off November 29th and include holiday programming throughout December, guaranteed to help you get in to the holiday spirit! With Shop Small Saturday, ornament painting workshops, the Art Walk, and more, there is something for everyone in Downtown Geneva for the holidays! Holidy Coloring Contest
Nov 22 - Dec 4
Beginning Nov 22nd, visit Water St. Cafe, Geneva Gelato, Total Recall, or the Geneva Public Library to pick up a coloring sheet for the 2026 Holiday Coloring Contest! Complete your sheet and return it to any of the four pickup/drop-off locations by Thursday Dec 4th to enter. Choose one of the three categories to submit your masterpiece (Most Creative, Most Colorful, Most Holiday Spirit) and each of the three businesses will select one winner to display in their shop’s window on Saturday Dec 6th during the Winter Arts Walk. Winners will receive a prize from the business. Stop by to see the winners on display! (You may also download the coloring sheet here, complete it on your own, and drop it off to any of the four pickup/drop-off locations.)

Join our Downtown District on Saturday Dec 6th for the annual Art Walk. See the Art Walk Map for a list of participating businesses, vendors, and artists. This year the BID is expanding Art Walk to introduce an Art Stop! element. Visit any Art Stop! location to create and take home a free craft project—different projects at each stop. We hope to see you there.

Introducing the Geneva Holiday Decorating Contest
The Geneva Local Development Corporation (LDC) in partnership with The Geneva Business Improvement District (BID) and the members of the Geneva community are hosting a Holiday Decorating Contest! Neighbors and businesses alike are invited to participate. Fill out the form below by Saturday, Dec 6th to be entered into the running. First 10 homes in Geneva will be participants, and all businesses are welcome to register.
To participate, simply spruce up your home or businesses with lights, festive displays, or other decorations and be sure to register the address at the link below. No names or other identifying information will be included on the map.
After the close of registration, come back here to find the complete Walking/Driving Map of all participating locations. Visit all the stops, and then vote for your favorites! To vote, you will be able to find a QR code at each location that can be scanned, as well as a link here on this page. Awards will be given to Most Festive Business, Most Festive House, and Most Festive Neighborhood. The voting period will be Monday, Dec 15th through Monday, January 5th. Winners announced by Monday, January 12th. Let's get frosty, Geneva!
Winners of Most Festive Business will be recognized at the Geneva BID Annual Dinner on Wednesday, February 11th. They will also be displayed in the BID storefront window and will receive a certificate for their own display, if they so choose.
