First Fridays

Downtown Geneva

The Geneva BID is happy to announce the return of First Fridays in 2026. We’ll be coming at you live from Downtown Geneva on the First Friday of every month all summer long to offer you great food, art exhibitions, shopping discounts, and more.

We are also excited to say that, thanks to The Gantcher Family Foundation and HWS “Philanthropy in Action,” the GBID is now able to expand First Fridays to include live music from local artists. Each of the five weekend events will feature music in multiple locations throughout Downtown.

First Fridays was created to provide inclusive and accessible events that encourage residents and visitors alike to explore downtown Geneva’s shops, restaurants, and creative spaces. Thanks to the collaboration with the Dove Block Project, First Fridays include a new art exhibit opening each month along with live music. Building on the success of this partnership, the GBID committed to expanding the event’s footprint year after year, offering more live music, interactive experiences, and promotions on food and beverage at many of Geneva’s fine bars and restaurants each month.
